I am still alive!

Yes, I know that it has been a really long time since my last post. Life is good, but it's just been busy. Here are some cool or interesting things that are happening in our life or at the church lately.

• It's official. Our daughter, Caroline, loves Kindergarten! She came home the other day very excited, because she had home work. What? I am convinced that time will curb her enthusiasm.
• Football is back, and I'm very excited. My dad and I got to go the Cowboy's home opener against the Giants. Fun was had by all!
• Eagle Pointe continues to grow! Week after week, I am blown away by the new people that are not only visiting but are connecting to the church. This Sunday was a largest crowd since we've been here. It's not about a number, but what gets me excited is the new people that are discovering God's love, grace, and forgiveness.
• We can't wait for Friend Day this week! We are going to have a blast as we continue our iLife series, give away lots of cool stuff, and hopefully celebrate the biggest day yet at Eagle Pointe.
